Job Title: Licensed Counselor or Associate (supervision provided)

Location: Oregon City, OR (in-office position with remote flexibility)

Pay: $65.00 – $70.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, Full or Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated counselor to join our team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and experienced working with both individual clients and couples. Preference will be given to those who want to provide couples therapy.

This position is based in our physical office in Oregon City, though remote work options are available and can be discussed. This role is restricted to Oregon residents.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions for individual adult clients.

• Provide couples counseling and relationship support.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation.

Requirements

• Active state counseling license.

• Proven experience or strong interest in couples therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
